We spoke to Huffington Post about why we decided to set Babyface up in the first place. When we first moved to London, wet behind the ears and freshly graduated from Sussex University, we were overwhelmed by the abundance of talented female creatives we were constantly meeting and decided something had to be done in order to get these women working together. We made a pact- if we spoke about it more than three times, we had to create a place where those women could meet- and the rest, is history.
