We first read about Georgie in the newspaper before we actually met her. That’s always a good sign right? Georgie Hobday threw that Facebook party that still gives your mum and dad the willies. Yeah- that Facebook party. The party in question was for Georgie’s 16th where the house got completely trashed and according to the mail ‘400 yobs stormed the place.’ We can’t imagine how the whole of the Mail’s office got the address and made it down to Brighton as a collective, but we wish we’d been in attendance. However despite the particularly juicy story, there was something else that had readers’ hooked- Georgie’s accompanying photograph.

One Google of Georgie’s name and you’ll see why. We’re talking Helen of troy beautiful with a dash of Jessica Rabbit to boot. By industry standards Georgie is a petite model (she stands at 5ft 6 a clear three inches from BabyFace) but then who gives a fuck about industry standards? Georgie’s face is so symmetrical that Alex Box, make-up artist extraordinaire, uses her face as a practice cast. If you’re not familiar with Alex’s work, it’s not exactly bridal make up. In fact she’s Georgie was chosen to showcase Alex’s digital face artworks: laser-cut mouth-buds studded with LEDs that emit a ghostly light; 3D-printed skin prosthetics made from polystyrene, latex and gelatine that change the planes of a face; and eye-shields made from retro-make-up artistry. Rankin can’t get enough of Georgie either and her lovely boat race graces a large majority of his beauty shots. We have to mention Georgie’s scene stealing appearance in Agent Provocateur’s Soiree short film of 2011. Just. Watch. It. And. See.

Not just a beautiful face however, the woman is of many talents and having graduated with a degree in Fashion History and Theory at Central Saint Martins, she’s recently been appointed Ponystep’s Managing Editor. Her Instagram feed is well worth a follow not just because of the stock standard images of a glam model’s life (Dior Couture and Gucci mules) but the woman also has a mad penchant for dressing up: expect Toy Story’s Woody outfits and Santa’s little helper get ups. Did we mention Dido lip-syncing videos?
