No one has ever described Cora Delaney as a wallflower. You won’t find the twenty-two year old presenter lurking in the shadows of a party. In fact, she’s more likely found microphone in hand, making worse for wear people say things to a camera that they wouldn’t say out loud in any other circumstance. If she’s not busy playing truth or dare with London's finest on the dance floor of some sticky trainer launch, she's busy keeping law and order on the doors of London's busiest parties. In short Cora is the party so make sure you’re getting an invite.
The pink-haired-then-blue-haired presenter and guest-list queen has been causing a stir since her trip up the Thames in 2013 when she joined Westminster University to enrol on the BA fashion degree. Cora then met Nasir Mazhar who just as quickly cast her in his LFW shows as he did get her in through the door of his studio working on garments. Cora continued to work with Nasir throughout her degree until she did what only truly badass people that are definitely not us, do- um, she opted out of uni (the anxiety) and bagged herself a sweet job as ASOS' Editorial Assistant at large. Since taking up her pink-fur lined residency at the fashion retailer, she’s made and produced videos about just the funnest stuff you can imagine: she’s been on dates with the likes of Jamie Laing (don’t for a second feign ignorance) lorded it up around Harajuku for Tokyo fashion week and jumped around the seaside for The Great Escape Festival making rappers sweat it out in the backseat of limos (one of Cora’s favourite questions to ask people on camera is ‘do you fancy me?’)
The tracksuit clad muse has consulted for brands including adidas and Underground, has been shot for Polyester and has been listed as one of i-D magazine and Fashion Glossary’s 'one to watch'. She's also been named as one of Red Bull's '24 Under 24 Influential Londoners', where they claim 'Cora is getting a rep for her direct brand of on-camera interviews; brazenly shoving a mic into famous peoples’ faces and asking them rubbish.' Cora is also a SHOWstudio panelist and frequently keeps a seat warm between the likes of Lou Stoppard and Soki Mak, casting her opinion over global fashion shows as they happen.
Cora is also a self-anointed Social media princess. If you’re not familiar with Delaney’s reel, head to her YouTube page. If you’re not familiar with her ‘look’ we might suggest you immediately check her out on Instagram . Failing that, please find her in bed with a tiara on and a cup of tea in hand.
