Meet Alice Casely-Hayford, Online Fashion News and Features Editor at Hunger Magazine and (semi) retired Busted fanatic. Before Alice gained her role at Hunger Magazine, girl was a-hustling. She was freelance for a year and a half-writing for MyDaily, Dazed and Never Underdressed amongst other titles. Prior to those gigs, Alice held positions at Tatler, POP and MTV. Whoever said hardwork pays off, wasn't lying.

If you haven't checked out Alice's legacy over at My Daily we're going to advise you do, immediately. Alice's My Apartment series filled the MTV cribs-shaped hole in our hearts with a healthy dose of snooping round cool-peoples houses (don't act like you're above it). The series, photographed by Alice's BFF, Phoebe Lettice, meant we got a look inside the fridges, drawers and minds of some of London's busiest girls; from BabyFace chick Hayley Louisa Brown and Charlotte Simone, the last word in pimp accessories. Alice's feature has become a who's-who of female entrepreneurism in LDN. That's not to say that Alice's features over at Hunger aren't anything to get whet your appetite; her regulars Meet The Model and My City should be bookmarked essential "tea-break" reading.

Alice's personal style is as polished as her interview technique, but this won't come as any surprise to the more wily of you who will have placed Alice's surname already; daughter of Joe, and sister of Charlie, Alice's fashion credentials are legit. We believe her when she says that Sundays are all about 'enjoying a roast with my family and having (sometimes heated) debates on everything from fashion to politics.'

It's not all glamour though. Alice admits (the first sign of sobriety) that she had an unhealthy obsession with Busted when aged 13-14. In fact, she skived school 16 times to meet them. Her parents funded her fandom, escorting her to CDUK, book signings, concert, and video shoots. 'My mum always said 'we'd rather you were addicted to Charlie (from Busted) than anything else..." One Direction, who? For now, when she's not working, working, working, you can find Alice in bed watching Gogglebox with a tray of chocolate fingers. Amen

TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF AND WHAT YOU DO:Online Fashion Features Editor at Hunger.WHEN ARE YOU HAPPIEST?I'm happiest when surrounded by my friends and family, preferably eating. Although I adore fashion and clothes, most of my money is spent on food. I love trying new restaurants and I'd eat out every night if my bank balance and waist line would permit it. There's nothing I love more than tucking into a steaming plate of macaroni cheese - despite my lactose intolerance - ideally drizzled with truffle oil, and catching up with my best friends about work, creative projects, new music, great exhibitions and films. I always look forward to Sundays, enjoying a roast with my family and having (sometimes heated) debates on everything from fashion to politics. That said, I'm also very content on my own, immersed in a good book. It's a rarity at the moment as I'm pretty busy but sitting down for even just half an hour and absorbing myself in a great novel is absolute bliss. WHICH WORDS OR PHRASES DO YOU MOST OVERUSE?Butters, bone dry, unreal. I'm known for my hyperbolic tendencies. There's no middle ground for me! Something is either "next level, unreal, legit" or "beyond bone dry." You're most likely to catch me saying "Is this outfit a bit butters?" or "OMG you are/he/she/it is unreal." WHAT'S YOUR BEST ADVICE?Be the best person you can be. Always strive to be the greatest, be it morally, spiritually, professionally, intellectually, romantically, emotionally etc. Knowledge is power and I believe that people should always be hungry to learn more and wish to better themselves with education. I don't mean going to university or college as that isn't a realistic or necessary option for everyone but I mean the desire to discover new things; not being complacent but challenging yourselves with things outside of your comfort zone. Always be kind and treat others how you wish to be treated. Don't forget that everyone you meet is fighting a battle that you know nothing about. WHAT THREE THINGS WOULD BE ON YOUR RIDER?Chocolate fingers, figs wrapped in parma ham and macaroni cheese with truffle oil and wilted spinach. SONG TO BE PLAYING AS YOU ENTER THE CLUB?Dance with Somebody. Nobody gets me more in the mood than Whitney. BIGGEST LIE YOU WERE TOLD AS A KID?Probably just the standard Father Christmas story. I vividly remember going to get something for my dad in my parent's room when I was little, and finding the HMV receipt for the B*witched album that I was expecting from Father Christmas. That was pretty devastating but I'm just about over it now. AND FINALLY...WHO IS YOUR NEXT BABYFACE GIRL SUGGESTION?Who: Meghan Haggerty.
Why: Milk Model Management Booker.
